[SUG] Solg™ E. coli Uracil-DNA Glycosylase
Removing DNA contamination in the air which could increase false-positive amplification
Solg™ E.coli Uracil-DNA Glycosylase(UDG) hydrolyzed the N-glycosylic bond between the Uracil base and sugar back bone. SolGent™ Uracil-DNA Glycosylase helps to get accurate diagnosis by removing of crossover or carry over DNA contamination which could increase false-positive amplification. In PCR using UDG system, it is used dUTP instead of dTTP. Please note that it can’t be used together with DNA Polymerase with proofreading function and dUTPase.
